ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്കില്‍ ക്രിസ്മസ് ആഘോഷങ്ങളും കണ്‍ വെന്ഷന്‍ കിക്കോഫും നടത്തി ...നടത്തിയത് രഹസ്യമായോ?

സാധാരണ എന്തെങ്ങിലും പരിപാടിക്ക് മുന്പായാണ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇമെയില്‍ അറിയിപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത്. പിന്നെ പരിപാടിക്ക് ആരും വന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ പരിപാടിക്ക് ശേഷം എന്താണന്നു എല്ലാവരെയും അറിയിക്കുന്നത് മര്യാദയാണ്. താഴെ IKCC ഭാരവാഹി അയച്ച ഈമെയില്‍ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇല്ലാതെ പറ്റത്തില്ലല്ലോ. ഭൂരിഭാഗം വരുന്ന ക്നാനായക്കാരും വരണമെങ്കില്‍ ഭീമമായ ടോളും പിന്നെ കംമ്യൂനിടി സെന്ററിലെ പ്രവേശന ഫീസുമൊക്കെ കൊടുക്കണ്ടേ?? എന്തെങ്കിലും കുടം പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ പിന്നെ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി യെ വിഭജിക്കുകയാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കരയാം. അതിനാല്‍ ഭൂരിഭാഗം വരുന്ന ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ എത്തിയില്ല. അത് നല്ലകാര്യം. കേറെ പേര്‍ക്ക് എല്ലാം തോന്നിയത് പോലെ ചെയ്യാമല്ലോ. ക്വീന്സിലെ ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ കൂടി പിരിവിട്ടു കംമ്യൂനിടി സെന്റര്‍ മേടിച്ചു.  അവര്‍ക്ക് നേരിട്ട് ഉപകാരപെടുന്നില്ലന്കിലും അവരുടെ നല്ല മനസ്സ്. ഇന്ന് ഖ്വീന്‍സ് പ്രദേശത്ത് അവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു പള്ളി നോക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോള്‍ ഇതാ വരുന്നു പാര. പട്ടിയൊട്ടു പുല്ലു തിന്നതുമില്ല പശുവിനെ തീറ്റിക്കത്തുമില്ല. ജോലിക്കാരായ മക്കള്‍ വേറെ താമസിക്കാന്‍ ഒരുങ്ങുമ്പോള്‍ അമ്മായിയമ്മ നടത്തുന്ന കോലാഹലങ്ങള്‍.. , പെങ്ങന്മാരുടെ സങ്കടം, അനിയന്മാരുടെ സ്നേഹക്കൂടുതല്‍.. പാവം ഭാര്യക്ക് പഴിയും തെറിയും. ഇതുതന്നെ ഇവിടുത്തെയും തിരക്കഥ. അത് തിരിച്ചറിയുമ്പോള്‍ എല്ലാം നഷടപെടതിരുന്നാല്‍ മതി. പ്രസിടന്റിനു പേടിക്കേണ്ട. പിള്ളേരുമായി ബാന്ഗ്ലൂരില്‍ താമസം തുടങ്ങികഴിഞ്ഞല്ലോ? നഷ്ടം വിവരം കേട്ട പാവം സാധാരണക്കാരന്. പിന്നെ ഇവനെയൊക്കെ സേവിക്കാനും പിന്നെ തെറി കേള്‍ക്കാനും വിധിക്കപെട്ട പാതിരികള്‍ക്കും. കണ്ണുള്ളവന്‍ കാണട്ടെ കാതുള്ളവന്‍ കേള്‍ക്കട്ടെ

Dear IKCC members,
                               

On behalf of IKCC Executive Committee, I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We also take this opportunity to thank you for your support throughout the year especially during our Christmas celebration on last Saturday.
                               

If you were unable to attend the celebration, we would like to update you on few events taking place. His Eminence Ayub Mor Silvanos , Archbishop of Knanaya Jacobite, inaugurated the kickoff for the Queens/Long Island/Brooklyn IKCC Building purchase plan during our Christmas celebration and blessed this project by saying that we should accomplish this project if possible in a year as a proud Knanaya. Already, many members have come forward to support this project. Few promising aspect that the building subcommittee place forward in front of the community is: if the project has no progress in a five year period, the money will be refunded proportionately to your contribution; everyone’s contribution will be recorded under their own name to give credit; and IKCC treasurer shall manage the funds separately and for the sole purpose of this project.

We request you to support this endeavor of IKCC so that you have a place for all your needs and where you all have a say since you own it.
                               

KCCNA convention kickoff was also conducted during this event and we request that those who wish to go may registerbefore January 31, 2012 to get the discounted price.
