Dear Reny
I normally do not respond to emails that come thru American Kna.  However since you addressed this letter to me I would like to extend the courtesy.I am not surprised at the way you are trying to justify your actions in this whole drama.  A word of apology for trying to mislead the KCCNA leader would have put you at high esteem.

Reny, I can understand that every one has an opinion on matters concerning KCCNA. What your group is trying to do is not providing advise to improve the community but a conspiracy to tarnish characters and get your agenda going by hook or crook.  Unfortunately, a leader  is judged by the people who he gets advise from.  You tell me what part of your so called advise was constructive to the knanaya community esp when you claim ownership to KCCNA?. Reny, there are elected EC and NC members to advise the president and to execute plans to improve the lives of the community members.  Let them do their job, leave them alone.

 I did not go digging for your private email conversation.  May be one of the nine who has some love left for this community decided to put an end to this by making this public. What you think, write and do are totally up to you.  However when those actions affect the others negatively and have a potential to destroy an organization that I once lead and continue to love , the truth had to be revealed.  If the general public condones the way your group advises KCCNA, have no regrets, continue your crusade.

As for your allegations of misleading the community regarding admitting adopted children to the convention, the so called lawyer's letter was made available to the current admin. The way you interpret the content is totally up to you.  The main point here is " has the fundamental principles of the community tarnished by the decision made by the then administration?"

The very meaning of endogamy is marred when brothers and sisters of this community see each other as enemies and stretch out the net to trap.

"After committing a crime, do not blame the whistle-blower."

 Dear Community members and former KCCNA President George Nellamatom, Nice to hear from our ex KCCNA and current DKCC (world ) leader, George Nella. Most of us are impressed by the public display of honesty by the first public e-mail from the DKCC president since the Centenary Celebration. No, I am not being cynical, during your tenure; your honesty was in doubt. But, when you did admit, that you received the stolen e-mails from people who “even you think” lack credibility, I think it is time to take a chance that at times you might be honest. Maybe there is a reason they choose you to receive these stolen e-mails. Many of us have never before seen a person broadcast out loud his share of stolen property and then sound his own trumpet. George, it is a crime to hack into private e-mails and steal their personal belongings. It is also a crime to take possession of stolen items and then transmit it using electronic means. Forget about integrity and dignity, can our DKCC CEO show a bit of common sense?  George, through your e-mail publication you listed so many shady things you did that many community members did not know. Like the fact that you miss led the EC , NC  AND THE KNANAYA COMMUNITY on a legal advice that KCCNA received. Normally, you would have lied that you tried to tell the EC and NC, but even your character failed you. Sometimes, my friend, all that glamour and glory that some Franchie Chetans get, does not buy them common sense.  Lastly, what was the whole purpose of diverting your enormous service to the DKCC community and spending all this energy and effort to sneak into private e-mails. Was it to show that 9 members from our community including me tried to give KCCNA President our opinion about issues important to our community? Do you realize that almost everyone has an opinion about these issues? And you wanted our community members to believe that the rest of the 15 EC members and over 100 NC members are just waiting to approve these opinions? Your opinion about the EC and NC members are shameful but not surprising. In any case we gave opinions/suggestions, you betrayed the community as the KCCNA President by going against the community’s interest and lawyer’s advice. Myself and the 8 others who are listed did support and work for a Shiens led team’s Presidency. But so did many more Sadha community members and young adults. The support was to get something useful done for the community. We not only did provide suggestions, but intend to continue to do so in the future. We encourage others to continue to provide their suggestions as well. If you cannot understand that, don’t worry, there are others things your money can buy. The issue in front of the NC is laid out by the EC. The feeling and comfort of the community members for a safe and secure convention is very well known. Few stolen private e-mails and sleazy characters of our community cannot change the facts. All of us are confident in the ability and common sense of the NC and EC. We can count on them to do what is right. It is our KCCNA and we shall stay united behind any decision that NC makes.  Reny MeckattilNew York
