> Hi everyone: This morning I had a long 2 hour conversation with Tojo. He started with trying to convince me to respond to Shaji's latest mail. After about 5 minutes he realised I am not baiting. He was also in total favor of moving the convention out of Chicago. Whether it is a game plan to give the impression that the Shaji camp is not active, we don't know. The bulk of the discussion was , of course SA. It now appears, that he wants a reconciliation, and would like Shiens to take the mediator's role. Essentially his team wants couple of positions (VP, Treasurer or something like that). I told him I will check with the other side and encourage a reconciliation. It appears that there are some problems within in Achan group there. The Trustee (Shaji Vemmel's brother) has resigned (he read me the resignation letter). I asked him why did he resign now, and he responded that it is disagreement with the priest. I asked again, why now, because Fr. Dominic has already left and is in Atlanta now. If the reason he says is correct, the resignation should have been before the priest left. So obviously, the reason is different. What I could gather together, is that it cost them about $1650 every month to maintain a priest. In my view, being Trustee, it becomes his responsibility. The point is, this may be a good opportunity for us to bring in a major division in the pally group. This could be a beginning, and an eye opener to other communiities who might be thinking of new missions. Plus, if there is afailed mission, that could be a boost to the association. Tojo claims he would bring back at least 60% of the other side now, which will leave the achan group with may be half dozen families. I have a feeling that if Joshua's group extends an olive branch, many of the other group may go back, just because, they may have been burdened by the mission (it may be costing each family $1500 to 2000 a year to maintain a priest). Plus, once they get to know these priests better, they may now have a different view. (this way, Domini'c transfer to Atlanta might help the Association) I think we shouldn't miss this opportunity. This maybe a climb-back rope for us. Let's have your thoughts and strategy.

Thank you for your thoughts. We wanted to make sure we do our part before taking the convention away from a big association like Chicago which is a major decision as you know. We can comfortably take it away now and an emergency NC will be announced tomorrow. We need to realize that the so called "achan group" can create problems in any big units to create an impression that there are problems every where so we just need to be prepared for that. I like your feed back what is the best path forward given the fact these Achan groups and those of lost candidates have no interest in the smooth conduct of convention? 1. Search for another association - Houston - Tampa are all possibility? 2. KCCNA host directly at a neutral location such as Gaylord at Nashville?

Even if you solve issues related to the facility, how would you handle so many major decisions to be made for the convention? Remember, Shaji Edat has control over major committees like registration and KCS leadership is very weak. Shaji and Kulangara gang will control the convention and its agenda, as they did in Orlando. There is a growing public support, including people from Chicago, to change the venue to elsewhere. Before Shaji changes his mind, please take the convention out of Chicago. KCCNA has the power to do it and you have the will of people to make such move. Failure of this convention will have far reaching consequences to KCCNA and its units in North America. ‘Kna leaders’ and hierarchy will declare it as a failure of Shiens and the people, who supported Shiens. This way they can eliminate/discourage people like Renie, Soony, Ajith or like minded people coming forward to the leadership. Remember people, who supported Shiens are the one, who is safeguarding the interest of KCCNA and laity organization. Failure of the convention and its consequences will lead those people to back off from their support to KCCNA, if they have not done already, as a result of failed/lack of the leadership in KCCNA (as mentioned by your uncle in Chicago) I really hope this issue will be resolved and you will have peace of mind.

1.He is planning with M-9 (Mafia-9) how to close the Knanaya churches, divide the priests, suffocate the church financely.
2.He is planning with M-9, how to move Convention from Chicago before even it dicussed in the KCCNA national council in Newyork.
3.He is planning with American Kna, how to tarnish his opponents
