Hi Reny;
Since you have mentioned about the way in which we conducted business during the last administration, I would like to let you know one thing, that George was not "THE MAN" running the show during the previous administration with a bunch of advisers, but rather he was leading a team of EC and NC members to make a democratic decision. So as part of that team I take full responsibility for the decisions that we made during our administration whether they were right or wrong. I came to know through some of your friends from NY that the bone that you packed for me had a time clock attached to it, although I haven't yet received it :). Hence I would like to remind you that we are very short of time and request you to focus on advising the President on conducting a successful convention rather than digging into the administration of the previous EC. I'm sure you will agree with me that "TIME MANAGEMENT" is very important. If you still wish I am willing to have a debate on the administrative style of the previous administration and the current administration after the convention with the Constitution Committee Chairman as the moderator which can be telecast live via Knanaya Voice to our community and let the community be the Judge, but for now let's focus on conducting a successful convention and give the Knanaya Community what they expect.
By the way you guys were barking so much about the way in which Nella/Madhava cheated our community by allowing "Adopted Children" to attend the previous convention as Guest, why did you stop barking after the current NC democratically decided to allow "Adopted Children" to attend the upcoming convention as guest. I beleive the "CALL OF DUTY" for every Knanaya Community member NOW, is to focus on delivering a successful convention for our members and in turn help bring this sinking ship (KCCNA) and its Captain safely to the shore. Tampa with our proven record have come forward with this mission and every help from you with regards to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Mr Sunil Madhavappallil ,The Convention you and your team conducted would be the best convention ever had and it is going to be a part of the history....Here after, just wait and see ........The Associations started melting down.....so the conventions shall be.........kudos for showing the guts to challenge them...............
